We are looking for a motivated and confident

Online Bidder

to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and basic understanding of IT services. You will be responsible for generating business through online bidding platforms and helping us build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Bidding on platforms such as

Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr

etc. Identifying suitable projects based on company expertise. Writing effective proposals and covering letters. Maintaining communication with clients and converting leads into sales. Coordinating with the technical team to create project estimates. Maintaining daily records of bids and follow-ups.

Requirements:

Good written & verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of IT services (web development, digital marketing, etc.). Ability to work independently during night shift. Quick learner with a positive attitude. Prior experience in online bidding will be a plus.
