About the Role
We are looking for a
Business Development Executive
with at least
1 year of experience
who is passionate about sales, client communication, and generating business growth in the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and online platforms like Upwork.
Work on lead generation, prospect outreach, and follow-up activities.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure client satisfaction.
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales pitches.
Schedule and conduct client meetings or calls to understand business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
1 year of experience
in Business Development / Sales (IT industry preferred).
Must have one year experience of Upwork
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
Familiarity with lead generation platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, etc.) is an added advantage.
