who can help us grow internationally.
Roles & Responsibilities
Actively bid on
Upwork and other online portals
to generate qualified leads.
Draft compelling, customized proposals and cover letters to maximize project conversions.
Analyze client requirements, discuss project scope, and collaborate with technical teams for accurate cost/time estimates.
Maintain healthy communication with prospective clients to build long-term relationships.
Consistently achieve monthly targets for project acquisition and revenue growth.
Track, manage, and report on all bidding activities and project pipelines.
Stay updated with new trends, competitors' strategies, and pricing models in the global market.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of
proven experience as an Online Bidder / Business Development Executive
on Upwork (mandatory).
Strong expertise in writing professional, customized, and winning proposals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to understand IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, SaaS, and Digital Marketing.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
Target-driven mindset with a proven track record of closing projects successfully.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with
international clients
across the US, UK, Canada, or Middle East.
Basic technical knowledge to discuss projects effectively with clients.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
