Bid on projects through portals such as
Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, PeoplePerHour, etc.
Write customized and professional proposals for clients.
Identify potential clients, understand their requirements, and offer suitable solutions.
Collaborate with the technical team to draft project scope and timelines.
Negotiate with clients to close deals and achieve targets.
Maintain client relationships for repeat and long-term business.
Track and report bidding activity and conversion results.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good knowledge of
bidding platforms
(Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.).
Excellent
communication, writing, and negotiation skills

Ability to create persuasive business proposals.
Basic understanding of
IT services, web development, mobile apps, or digital marketing

Strong organizational and time management skills.
Goal-oriented and able to work independently.
