Generate business opportunities through online portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, etc.)
Write effective proposals and presentations to attract and win clients
Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team for accurate estimations
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
Meet monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets
Required Skills:
2-5 years of proven experience in online bidding and business development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Knowledge of IT services, web & mobile development preferred
Goal-oriented and able to work independently
