Key Requirements:
Proven experience (1-3+ years) in business development, preferably in an IT services company.
Expertise in generating business through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour (PPH), etc.
Strong communication skills--both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently with a proactive approach.
Experience in lead generation, pre-sales, and (optionally) post-sales processes.
Familiarity with web and mobile development services is essential.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Your Responsibilities at Devout Tech (DTech):
Identify and engage potential clients via email, bidding platforms, and direct outreach.
Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities, nurturing them through the early stages of the sales funnel.
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
Proactively contribute to the company's revenue growth and market expansion.
Collaborate with the technical and project teams to align client expectations with deliverables.
