Key Responsibilities:
Identify and explore bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancer, and others to generate business opportunities.
Submit high-quality bids on relevant projects by understanding the client's requirements and proposing appropriate solutions.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Negotiate the terms of agreements, pricing, and timelines with potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams such as project managers, designers, and developers to draft project proposals and ensure feasibility.
Create and maintain a database of prospective clients and projects.
Follow up with clients after submitting proposals, and coordinate further communications until a project is awarded.
Conduct market research to understand current trends and competitors to improve bidding strategies.
Achieve and exceed monthly or quarterly bidding targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
