Online Bidder will be responsible for securing new projects and clients through various online freelancing and bidding platforms.
This role combines business development, sales, and client relationship management.

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Online Bidder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and securing IT projects (web development, mobile app development, software development, digital marketing, etc.) via online bidding
Key Responsibilities:
Identify Opportunities:
Proactively search for and identify relevant IT projects on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, People Per Hour (PPH), and LinkedIn.
Analyze Requirements:
Carefully analyze client requirements, project scope, and specifications to ensure alignment with the company's services and capabilities.
Craft Proposals:
Prepare persuasive, customized, and detailed proposals and bids that highlight the company's unique strengths and provide clear solutions to client needs.
Client Communication:
Engage in initial communication with potential clients via mail, chat, or video calls to clarify requirements, answer queries, and build a strong rapport.
Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate project terms, conditions, and pricing to successfully close deals and meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the technical, design, and project management teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven experience in online bidding and business development, specifically within the IT industry.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft persuasive and grammatically correct proposals.
IT Knowledge:
A strong understanding of IT services and technologies (web development, app development, SEO, etc.) is highly preferred.
Platform Proficiency:
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with online bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH).
Sales & Negotiation:
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing skills.
Analytical Skills:
The ability to analyze project requirements and market data effectively.
Work Ethic:
Self-motivated, target-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
