Online Bidder / BDE

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business through online portals like

Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr

, and other lead generation platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc. Writing proposals and interacting with international clients Understanding client requirements and preparing project scope Converting leads into potential clients Coordinating with the technical team to ensure successful project delivery Maintaining strong client relationships

Skills Required:

Good communication and negotiation skills Strong knowledge of bidding portals Understanding of IT services (Web & App Development, Design, etc.) Client handling and follow-ups Ability to work independently and as part of a team
