Responsible for generating business through online bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr, preparing proposals, and communicating with international clients to win new projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify relevant projects on bidding platforms Write proposals and submit bids Communicate with clients to understand their requirements Coordinate with technical teams to deliver accurate solutions Follow up with clients to close deals

Required Skills:

Excellent written & verbal communication Familiarity with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc. Basic understanding of IT services and technologies Strong negotiation & client handling skills
