Key Responsibilities:
Generate business through online bidding portals such as
Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru
Identify and analyze new business opportunities in
IT services
Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and bids as per client requirements
Communicate effectively with international clients via chat, email, and calls
Understand client needs and coordinate with the technical team for project execution
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
6 months to 1 year of experience
as an Online Bidder
Mandatory experience in IT Sales
Proven experience with
Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru
Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, Software, Digital Marketing, etc.)
Ability to handle multiple bids and deadlines efficiently
Good negotiation and client-handling skills
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of proposal writing and cost estimation
Understanding of project scope and timelines
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
