. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, writing compelling proposals, and building long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities on platforms like
Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and Guru
.
Write
engaging, customized, and winning proposals
tailored to client requirements.
Manage client communication from initial contact to project closure.
Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver appropriate solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Conduct regular market research to identify new trends, services, and potential opportunities.
Keep track of bids, proposals, follow-ups, and conversions in a structured manner.
Requirements:
1-3 years of proven experience
as a Business Development Executive, Online Bidder, or similar role.
Hands-on experience with freelance portals such as
Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and Guru
.
Strong
proposal writing
and communication skills (verbal and written).
Good understanding of IT services, digital marketing, web & app development, or design services.
Ability to understand client requirements and offer effective solutions.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in
lead generation and sales
through multiple channels.
Familiarity with CRM tools and project management platforms.
Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented attitude.
