Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify relevant projects on online platforms (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer, etc.).
Prepare and submit compelling and competitive bids tailored to project requirements.
Draft clear, concise, and impactful proposals in professional English.
Maintain a consistent pipeline by tracking bids and following up with potential clients.
Collaborate with the team to align bidding strategies with project goals and market trends.
Analyze and improve bidding performance by identifying areas of improvement.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in online bidding, Sales and Project Acquisition.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging and clear proposals.
Familiarity with online bidding tools and platforms.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
