Key Responsibilities



Identify and bid on suitable projects across platforms such as

Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, and PeoplePerHour

. Create tailored, persuasive proposals aligned with client requirements and OptiSync Solutions' service offerings. Communicate with global clients to gather requirements and understand project scope. Collaborate with internal technical teams to define solutions, timelines, and pricing. Negotiate project terms, close deals, and ensure smooth client onboarding. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business. Track bidding performance, conversions, and revenue using CRM tools. Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets. Ensure timely follow-ups and deliver a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in

Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field

.

Minimum 2 years of experience

as an Online Bidder / BDE in an IT services company. Strong understanding of online bidding platforms and international sales processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills. Proficiency in

MS Office and CRM software
