Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and bidding on projects on various online platforms, ensuring that our company wins contracts that align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Identification: Research and identify potential projects on online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Guru, Fiverr, etc.

Bid Preparation: Develop compelling and customized proposals tailored to each project, highlighting relevant skills and experiences.

Client Communication: Engage with potential clients to clarify project requirements, negotiate terms, and address inquiries.

Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new bidding opportunities and improve bidding strategies.

Performance Tracking: Maintain records of bids submitted, outcomes, and feedback to refine bidding strategies over time.

Reporting: Provide regular updates on bidding activities, successes, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in online bidding or sales, preferably in a relevant industry.

Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive proposals.

Attention to Detail: Ability to meticulously analyze project requirements and ensure all bids meet necessary criteria.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with online bidding platforms and tools, as well as general software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).

Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and adapt bidding strategies based on project feedback and market conditions.
