Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated
Business Development Executive (Online Bidder)
to generate business opportunities through platforms like
Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and Guru
. The candidate will be responsible for identifying projects, preparing proposals, negotiating with clients, and closing deals to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Bid on
Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and other online platforms
to acquire projects.
Identify potential clients and generate leads through online bidding and networking.
Prepare
proposals, quotations, and presentations
tailored to client requirements.
Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business.
Track bidding activities, maintain records, and prepare
MIS reports
for management.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in
online bidding and business development
.
Strong knowledge of bidding platforms:
Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru
.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (written & verbal).
Ability to draft compelling proposals and presentations.
Target?oriented mindset with proven track record of closing deals.
Proficiency in
MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms
.
Self?motivated with strong analytical and problem?solving skills.
