will be responsible for generating business through online portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PPH, and LinkedIn. The candidate should be able to understand client requirements, prepare proposals, and help close deals along with the technical team.?
Key Responsibilities
Identify relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other platforms daily and place quality bids.?
Write customized proposals/messages as per client requirements, not copy-paste templates.?
Communicate with international clients through chat, email, and calls to understand their needs.?
Coordinate with the technical/operations team to prepare accurate estimations and project scopes.?
Follow up with leads, maintain a pipeline, and help close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.?
Maintain basic reporting in Excel/Sheets or CRM regarding bids, responses, and conversions.?
Requirements
6 months-3 years of experience in online bidding / business development for IT/digital marketing services.?
Strong written and spoken English with the ability to draft clear, convincing proposals.?
Understanding of services like website development, SEO, social media marketing, and automation tools.?
Comfortable working with targets and handling multiple leads at the same time.?
Basic knowledge of Upwork and other freelancing portals' rules and best practices.?
