We are seeking a skilled and proactive

Online Bidder / BDE

with a proven track record of winning projects on freelance platforms such as Upwork, Guru, and PPH.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate business through bidding on Upwork, Guru, PPH, and similar platforms. Understand project requirements, prepare project scope, and write customized proposals. Daily communication with potential clients and follow-ups to convert leads. Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects. Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and close deals to achieve monthly targets. Create and maintain client relationships and build a strong client base. Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

Minimum

2+ years of experience

in online bidding on Upwork, Guru, and PPH. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile, Software Development, etc.). Proven track record of successful lead generation and project closures. Ability to write persuasive proposals tailored to client needs. Time management skills and ability to handle multiple bids simultaneously. Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Tech / BCA / BBA / MBA preferred).

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
