Bidder/Business Development Executive
to join our growing team! If you have experience in bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or LinkedIn outreach--this is for you!
Responsibilities:
Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
Craft compelling proposals tailored to client needs.
Generate leads via cold outreach and online platforms.
Maintain strong follow-ups and close deals.
Work closely with the technical team to scope and deliver projects.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in online bidding or sales.
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Understanding of digital services like web development, design, or marketing is a bonus.
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
