Experience: 3-5 years in Online Bidding (Upwork , freelancer , Guru PPH ) Roles & Resposibilities 1.Generate leads through cold calling which should lead to Conversion (should have knowledge how to sell Web Services and Digital Marketing Services) 2. Lead Generation: Find the prospects/leads through online bidding (Guru, Freelancer, Up work, Jigsaw, Hoovers, etc.), SEO, Social Media (LinkedIn, Twitter). 3. Qualifying the leads, processing the leads by cold calling, email campaign, converting the leads into opportunities. 4. Database building and sorting. Follow up of all the old leads. 5. Creation of proposals, sending Proposals, order Processing and payment follow ups. 6. Selling the Web development services to global customers. 7. Interacting with customers and project development team for smooth execution of project to ensure client retention. 8. achieving the monthly sales target / exceed the target. 9. E-mail campaign, planning marketing strategies, organize and implement the marketing plans to enhance market strategies. 10. Regaining of existing clients by regular communication and providing proper updates on ongoing projects. 11. Analyze the various new business methods in market to generate the leads. 12.Display understanding of web development and quality management process. 13. Client interaction/presentation 14. Managing new as well as existing clients 15. Corporate level marketing 16. Recruit, lead and manage a team of Business Development Executives. 17. Apart from your own sales closures, you\'re also expected to train the team of Business Development Executives and help them with their closures under your guidance.
