Key responsibilities for Online bidder/BDE - (Target Based)
Bid on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, etc.
Identify relevant projects and craft persuasive proposals.
Communicate with international clients
Understand client requirements and work with internal team.
Maintain strong follow-ups and convert leads into long-term clients.
Meet monthly targets for proposals, conversions, and revenue.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on bidding activities and outcomes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
