Job Purpose

The Online Arabic Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality Arabic language instruction through virtual platforms, ensuring effective learning outcomes, student engagement, and academic progress in line with the academy's curriculum and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Delivery

Conduct

live online Arabic classes

as per the scheduled timetable. Teach Arabic language skills including

reading, writing, speaking, and listening

. Deliver lessons for different levels (Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced) as assigned. Prepare and follow structured lesson plans aligned with the academy's curriculum. Use effective online teaching methodologies to ensure learner engagement.

Course & Content Management

Develop and customize

digital learning materials

, worksheets, and assessments. Assign and evaluate homework, tests, and practice exercises. Maintain lesson records, attendance, and student progress reports. Support students with doubt-clearing sessions and revision classes.

Student Engagement & Support

Encourage student participation and interactive learning. Provide constructive feedback and academic guidance to students. Identify learning gaps and implement remedial teaching strategies. Maintain professional communication with students and parents (if required).

Platform & Technology Usage

Use online teaching tools such as

Zoom, Google Meet, LMS platforms

, and digital whiteboards. Ensure timely class login, proper audio/video setup, and smooth session flow. Adhere to academy guidelines for online teaching etiquette and discipline.

Compliance & Quality

Follow academy policies, academic standards, and code of conduct. Participate in academic meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews. Maintain confidentiality of student data and academic materials.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Arabic Language / Islamic Studies / Linguistics

(Preferred). Certification or diploma in Arabic teaching is an added advantage.

Experience

Minimum

1-3 years of experience

in teaching Arabic (online or offline). Experience in online teaching platforms is highly desirable. Freshers with strong subject knowledge may be considered for junior roles.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent command of

Arabic language

(spoken and written). Good communication skills in

Malayalam and English

. Strong presentation and virtual classroom management skills. Ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently. Student-focused and result-oriented approach. Basic technical proficiency with online teaching tools.

Working Hours

Pay: ?100.00 - ?180.00 per hour
