Online Abacus Tutors

. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching children and have prior experience or training in Abacus or mental math. This is a remote position with flexible timings.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct interactive Abacus classes online for children aged 5 to 14. Use structured lesson plans and digital tools to deliver engaging sessions. Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents. Prepare and assign practice materials and conduct periodic assessments. Maintain a fun, patient, and supportive learning environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

Female candidates from Kerala (Malayalees only).

Prior experience in teaching Abacus or mental math (preferred). Strong communication skills in

Malayalam and English

. Familiarity with online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, digital whiteboards). Ability to manage and engage young children online.

Preferred Qualifications:

Abacus certification or training from a recognized institution. Teaching experience (online/offline) is a plus. Basic computer and internet proficiency.

Work Hours:

Flexible; sessions may be scheduled based on student availability. Weekend slots may be required.

Compensation:

Attractive hourly pay / monthly package based on experience and performance.
