About the Program

We are offering an excellent opportunity for freshers and aspiring IT professionals to kick-start their career through our On-Job Training Program.

During the 3-month training period, candidates will receive hands-on project experience, a monthly stipend, and the chance to get absorbed into full-time roles within the company.

Roles Offered After Training:

Based on the domain selected and performance, candidates may be placed into roles such as:

Full Stack Python Developer Full Stack Java Developer Web Designer / Front-End Developer Junior Software Developer

Who Can Apply:

Fresh graduates (B.Tech, B.Sc, BCA, MCA, M.Tech) Candidates looking to switch careers into IT Individuals with basic understanding of programming Immediate joiners preferred

Responsibilities:

During the OJT period, candidates will:

Work on live projects assigned by mentors Participate in daily stand-ups, reviews & client tasks Learn and apply technical concepts in coding Deliver assignments within deadlines Collaborate with the team to support ongoing projects

Required Skills:

Based on domain chosen:

Basic knowledge of Python / Java / HTML / CSS / JS Good communication and willingness to learn Strong problem-solving attitude Commitment to complete the full 3-month program
