Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Executive to join our team at OnGrid. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing Google, Meta, and LinkedIn ads, with a focus on driving conversions and optimizing campaign performance. This role involves planning, executing, and analyzing digital advertising campaigns to achieve business objectives.Key Responsibilities:- Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.- Strategy Development: Assist in defining and implementing performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals.- Ad Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize ad campaigns for better performance, focusing on metrics such as CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.- Analytics and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics to track campaign performance and provide regular insights and recommendations to stakeholders.- Budget Management: Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure cost efficiency and optimal campaign performance.- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts and achieve company objectives.Skills and Qualifications:- Experience: 1-2 years in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing.- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure campaign success and make data-driven decisions.- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot campaign issues and optimize performance.- Certifications: Ads certifications are a plus.
