Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Onfloor Sales Executive to join our growing team. The Onfloor Sales Executive will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone, email, and CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation & Prospecting- Identify potential customers through inbound leads, outbound cold calls, emails

- Handling and Attending Walking Clients.- Qualify prospects based on needs, budget, and purchase timeline.- Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads in CRM .

Sales & Customer Engagement- Conduct product/service presentations to prospects via phone or video calls.- Understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions.- Close sales and achieve assigned targets (monthly/quarterly).- Follow up on quotations, demos, and negotiations.

- Followups for payments

CRM & Reporting- Maintain up-to-date records of all interactions and sales activities in CRM.- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for review with management.- Track and report key metrics like lead conversion, revenue, and client feedback.

Cross-functional Collaboration- Coordinate with marketing for campaign follow-ups and lead nurturing.- Collaborate with the operations/Purchase and delivery team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.- Share market insights and customer feedback with the product or service team.

Customer Relationship Management- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.- Upsell and cross-sell new products/services to existing customers.

Key Skills & Qualifications



- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.- 1-3 years of experience in Onfloor sales, inside sales, tele-sales, or customer acquisition.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.- Proficient with CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills



- Experience in B2B/B2C sales depending on the industry.- Knowledge of the [industry/domain, e.g., Building material / Interior materials, Preferable from electric and Lighting background etc.].- Familiarity with lead generation platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



- Number of qualified leads generated.- Monthly sales closures/revenue achieved.- Lead-to-sale conversion ratio.- Follow-up effectiveness and client engagement score.

Work Environment

- Primarily office-based (remote options depending on company policy).- Fixed working hours with occasional flexibility based on campaign schedules.- Regular training and skill enhancement sessions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
