Job Description

We are seeking an OneStream Technical Lead to drive the design, implementation, and support of

OneStream XF

solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical expertise in

OneStream development, integration, and automation

, as well as experience leading financial consolidation, planning, and reporting projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of OneStream applications for financial consolidation, planning, forecasting, and reporting. Develop OneStream business rules, dashboards, cube views, and workflow automation. Implement OneStream XF Marketplace solutions as needed. Develop and optimize data integration with ERP (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.), Data Warehouses, and other financial systems. Manage connectors, data sources, and transformation rules for smooth data flow. Ensure data validation, reconciliations, and audit controls within OneStream. Troubleshoot technical and functional issues and resolve system performance bottlenecks. Guide and mentor junior developers and functional consultants. Work with project managers to ensure timely delivery and quality of solutions. Maintain technical documentation, best practices, and SOPs.

Education, Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related technical field

Over 5+ years

of Hands-on experience in design, development and deployment of OneStream applications. Proven ability to develop and maintain OneStream integrations. Good understanding and practical experience with core OneStream components such as connectors, data sources and transformation rules. Familiarity with data formats like XML and JSON, and transformation using XSLT. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and issue resolution. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
