What Will You Do

As a

OneStream EPM Support Specialist

, you will provide both

technical and functional support

for the OneStream Enterprise Performance Management platform, partnering closely with Finance and business users. You will be responsible for

daily application support, system administration, data integration, and financial process enablement

, including budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close. Acting as a bridge between

IT and Finance

, you will ensure system reliability, data accuracy, and continuous improvement of the EPM solution.

Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Support

Monitor, triage, and resolve incidents and service requests in

ServiceNow

Document resolution details and categorize issues to support reporting and trend analysis Troubleshoot application errors and performance issues Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve, test, and validate fixes Execute monthly and quarterly close activities in accordance with the established

operations runbook

System Administration

Manage user access, security roles, and permissions Perform master data maintenance and system configuration updates Support code releases and deployments across

development, test, and production

environments

Financial Process Support

Assist in configuring and supporting the system for

budgeting, forecasting, and planning

processes Support financial reporting and consolidation activities in partnership with Finance stakeholders

Data Management & Integration

Support data integrations from source systems into OneStream Schedule, monitor, and validate data load and data extract jobs Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely availability for financial processes

Testing & Deployment

Support testing and deployment of system enhancements and fixes Participate in regression, user acceptance, and

automated testing

to ensure solution quality and stability

Compliance & Documentation

Assist with compliance requirements within scope of responsibility Ensure

SDLC documentation

, system configuration records, and compliance artifacts are current and accurate

Agile & Collaboration

Actively participate in all

squad ceremonies

, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives Work closely with cross-functional teams across Finance, IT, and Data to deliver effective EPM solutions

Key Skills & QualificationsEducation

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, Finance, Information Technology, Engineering

, or a related field

Technical Skills

Minimum

2+ years

of experience in application support, technology delivery, product management, engineering, or related roles Experience with

OneStream or HFM

strongly preferred Exposure to

Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI

, or similar data and analytics platforms Experience supporting production systems, incident resolution, and system deployments

Functional Skills

Strong understanding of

financial reporting and consolidation

Knowledge of

Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow

processes

Soft Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities Customer-focused mindset with strong organizational and project management skills

Experience

Hands-on experience supporting and implementing

EPM solutions

Demonstrated success working with

cross-functional teams

in a collaborative environment
