OnePLM Deployment Support
Responsibilities:
Business analyst role on BOM tools. the person must act as product owner for BOM tools which means he must understand biz requirement and conver those requirements in to product finctinality working with Devlopment team and then deploy those features in the tool and hear feedback from biz (continuous loop to develo & deploy tool functinalities so that we strengthen/enhance BOM tools) Create & propose new ideas for the tool development Create the business models for the tool development Co-ordinate with RNTBCI IS team & share the technical inputs for tool development To test the each delivery of tool development & give the test feedback To prepare the deployment plan & the validation plan Continuous monitoring of the tool deployment status & update status with corporate The candidate must have worked on PLM tool as End user. He/She will propose improvements in tool, new requirements in tool etc. He/She will give these inputs to developer & get it done.

Essential skills:
Prior PLM /Product Management business experience as generalist or specialist is required. Minimum 2 years of relative experience on automotive PLM activity added advantage. Knowledge on PLM / PDM/BOM tools & Process Team player with Good Analytical skills. Ability to propose and convince the users to use the tools across the Engineering domain. Develop, deploy, and manage all Continuous Improvement on the tools (Biz analyst , PO proxy ) Good Presentation & communication skills to work with cross culture teams Demonstrated competence to work and communicate effectively with all levels in the organization. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, with willingness and ability to learn new systems
