We are looking for a

Tier 3 MSP Technical Lead

to join our team in India. This role is

primarily remote but requires

onsite support in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh (on average once per week or as needed).

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize

Datto RMM, Autotask PSA, and IT Glue

environments Oversee escalated tickets, ensuring high-quality and timely resolution Lead IT projects: scope, plan, implement, communicate, and stay on budget Mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 engineers to improve service delivery standards Configure and manage

Microsoft 365, Intune, and conditional access policies

Lead

cybersecurity initiatives

, including incident handling and risk reduction Manage

backup and disaster recovery solutions

Perform periodic

onsite visits in Kakinada

for infrastructure support and project work
Required Experience

5+ years in MSP environments

with Tier 3-level responsibilities Hands-on expertise with

Datto RMM, Autotask PSA, IT Glue

Advanced knowledge of

Microsoft 365, Intune, and mobile device management

Strong background in

cybersecurity frameworks, incident handling, and best practices

Proven ability to

lead IT projects

in client environments Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) Ability to

travel to Kakinada once per week on average

Must speak fluent and excellent english.

Salary range:

?18,00,000 - ?35,00,000 per year

(depending on experience and expertise).
