Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled OneStream Consultant with strong experience in financial consolidation, planning, reporting, and OneStream XF solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with finance and IT stakeholders to design, implement, and support OneStream applications across enterprise financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement OneStream XF solutions including:
Financial Consolidation
Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
Reporting and Dashboards
Configure OneStream metadata:
Dimensions, cubes, hierarchies, and workflows
Develop and maintain:
Business Rules
Data Management sequences
Cube Views and Reports
Handle data integrations from source systems (ERP, flat files, data warehouses)
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
Perform application enhancements, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
Collaborate with finance teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Provide UAT support, documentation, and end-user training
Participate in OneStream upgrades and patch management
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
Required Skills & Qualifications
3 8 years of experience in OneStream EPM / CPM implementations or support
Strong hands-on experience with:
OneStream XF Architecture
Business Rules (VB.NET preferred)
Data Management & Workflow
Cube Views and Reporting
Solid understanding of:
Financial Consolidation
Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Planning
Close & Reporting cycles
Experience integrating OneStream with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite, etc.)
Knowledge of accounting concepts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good to Have
OneStream certification(s)
Experience with:
MarketPlace Solutions
Extensible Dimensionality
Drill-through and dashboards
Exposure to Hyperion (HFM, FCCS), Oracle EPM, or SAP BPC
Pharma / Manufacturing / BFSI / IT Services domain experience
