Design, implement, and maintain

Identity and Access Management (IAM)

solutions using

One Identity

products, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. Customize and extend

One Identity Manager

data models to meet business requirements. Develop and maintain

One Identity connectors

for integration with various systems. Utilize

One Identity exposed APIs

for automation and advanced functionality. Engage with clients for requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and technical support throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure secure and efficient authentication, authorization, and access control mechanisms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications and cloud platforms.

Required Skills & Expertise

Deep understanding of IAM concepts

: authentication, authorization, access control.

Proven expertise in One Identity product suite

, including: + Manager
+ Safeguard
+ Active Roles
+ Defender
+ Starling 2FA
Strong knowledge of

One Identity Manager architecture and customization

. Hands-on experience with

One Identity APIs

and connector development. Proficiency in

VB .NET

or similar programming languages. Solid foundation in

software engineering principles

and

IAM architecture

. Familiarity with

cloud computing

microservices

,

containerization

, and

DevOps practices

.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in

full-cycle IAM implementation

projects. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and client engagement capabilities.
