1. Set the standard of care for oncology occupation therapy rehabilitation.

2. Create an individualized treatment plan based on a comprehensive evaluation of their current abilities and needs, as well as lifestyle and personal goals.

3. Interact with family members and provide workable home solutions.

4. Conduct patient evaluations and treatments for a variety of lymphedema diagnoses and referrals

5. Identify the best Occupational therapy units and help building suitable educational materials

6. Perform daily documentation of patient records.

7. Over a period of time, direct and supervises occupational therapy assistants and as needed.

8. Coordinate with the prosthetic needs of patients with the respective prosthetic production unit at ICS and also with the

9. Evaluate, plan and provide guidance to choose appropriate vocational skill program/employment.

10. Manage and operate equipment safely and correctly (Maintaining department cleanliness and safety).

11. Support in preparing therapy related research proposal, conduct and manage research for strengthening the unit.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
