Job Description

Vishram International Services (VIS) is hiring a full-time, work-from-home employee to create on-camera video content focused on brand awareness, trust building, and audience engagement. The role involves appearing on camera regularly and creating professional video content that represents the company across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Record short-form videos for social and digital platforms
Participate in long-form brand and storytelling videos when required
Create content related to brand values, awareness, reassurance, and industry topics
Represent the company professionally on camera
Participate in content ideation and topic planning discussions
Coordinate remotely with marketing, design, and operations teams
Follow brand guidelines, approved talking points, and timelines
Submit video content as per defined schedules

Platforms where content will be used include YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other company channels.

Mandatory Technical Requirements

Applicants must have access to professional recording equipment, including:
A high-quality camera (DSLR, mirrorless, or a latest-generation smartphone with high-resolution video)
Stable tripod or mounting setup
Good lighting (ring light or equivalent)
Clear audio setup (external microphone preferred)
Reliable high-speed internet connection

Required Skills

Excellent spoken English
Strong confidence speaking on camera
Ability to communicate clearly and naturally
Good presentation and storytelling ability
High self-discipline in a work-from-home environment

Preferred Background

Experience in branding, content creation, marketing, media, or communications
Experience creating video content for digital or social platforms
Background in education, hospitality, or service industries is an advantage
