Role Overview
We're looking for a
highly organized and proactive On-Call Client Service Coordinator
to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll manage a large operations team in a
fast-paced, high-pressure environment
. Flexibility for
afternoon, night, and weekend shifts
is required, along with potential for extra hours.
You'll be responsible for managing emergency jobs, coordinating work orders--from contractor sourcing and negotiation to client updates--and ensuring every task is completed accurately and on time.
Strong
written and verbal English communication skills
are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Emergency Response:
Manage and resolve emergency service requests efficiently.
Work Order Oversight:
Handle end-to-end work order management.
Contractor Management:
Source, negotiate, and coordinate with contractors.
Client Relations:
Maintain clear and timely communication with clients.
Quality & Timeliness:
Ensure accuracy and prompt job completion.
Multitasking:
Perform multiple tasks with precision under pressure.
Qualifications
BPO & Industry Experience:
Experience in BPO, particularly facility management or technical support, is preferred.
Communication Skills:
Excellent
spoken and written English
is mandatory.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
