Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated OnBuy Executive with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience managing OnBuy marketplace accounts in the UK or US. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day account management, product listings, inventory management and performance optimization. This role plays a key part in increasing sales, ensuring account health,and improving product visibility on OnBuy.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage OnBuy UK seller accounts, ensuring accurate and optimized product listings. Create and maintain product listings with well-crafted titles, descriptions, images, and
relevant attributes.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stockouts
or oversupply.

Process and manage incoming orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment. Monitor account health, performance metrics, and resolve any policy violations or listing
errors.

Execute promotional strategies to boost sales, such as OnBuy promotions and seasonal
campaigns.

Analyze competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, product, customer support) for smooth operations. Keep up-to-date with OnBuy policies, marketplace trends, and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

6 months to 1 year of experience working on OnBuy UK and/or US marketplace accounts. Understanding of OnBuy seller policies, account health management, and order processing. Experience in product listing optimization, inventory management, and basic promotions. Good communication skills (written and verbal). Proficiency in MS Excel and OnBuy Seller Hub. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and customer service practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of other marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, Shopify. Analytical mindset to interpret performance data and make recommendations. Awareness of market trends in the UK e-commerce sectors.
