Hiring for Onboarding specialist- Mumbai
We are looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused Onboarding Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires, helping them transition successfully into their roles and integrate with our company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all aspects of the onboarding process for new hires, from offer acceptance to the first day and beyond.
Prepare onboarding documentation, including employment contracts, compliance forms, and internal policies.
Schedule and conduct orientation sessions to introduce company culture, values, and processes.
Collaborate with IT, Facilities, and Hiring Managers to ensure that all tools, equipment, and system access are ready before the new hire's start date.
Serve as the main point of contact for new employees during their onboarding period.
Track and follow up on required onboarding tasks, trainings, and documentation.
Continuously improve onboarding processes based on feedback and HR best practices.
Maintain accurate records in HRIS systems and ensure data integrity.
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1-3 years of experience in HR, onboarding, or a related administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
Experience with HR software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus
