Key Responsibilities:
? Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, coordinate with
agencies, schedule interviews, and ensure smooth onboarding.
? Attendance & Payroll: Supervise attendance systems, leave tracking, and coordinate
with accounts for timely payroll processing.
? Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, promote a healthy work culture, and
conduct exit interviews.
? Compliance & Documentation: Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with
statutory and company policies.
? Policy Implementation: Help draft, update and implement HR policies and ensure their
communication across departments.
? Training & Development: Organize training programs, maintain training records, and
support employee development.
? Performance Management: Facilitate performance reviews, appraisal cycles, and track
