Manage pre-joining formalities, documentation, and background verification.
Prepare and share offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding kits.
Plan and conduct employee orientation and induction sessions.
Coordinate with IT/Admin for asset allocation and workspace readiness.
Ensure smooth Day 1 experience and guide new hires during their settling-in period.
Recruitment
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer rollout.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database.
Conduct HR interviews to assess cultural and skill fit.
HR Operations Support
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
Assist in creating and improving recruitment and onboarding processes.
Provide support in employee engagement initiatives when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
3+ years of experience in recruitment and onboarding.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRIS/ATS is an advantage.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
