About the Job

• We're looking for a dynamic Onboarding & Learning Specialist to join our team and help drive our mission forward.
• As an Onboarding & Learning Specialist at LinkedIn, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and impactful training sessions to our employees, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles.
• You'll foster a positive work environment and support the professional growth of our employees, in a fast-paced and in-office environment.
• You will work closely with our internal teams to align learning programs with LinkedIn's goals and values.
• The candidate should be a collaborative team player who is passionate about supporting employees in their integration and success within LinkedIn.

Essential Job Function

• Deliver high quality onboarding session and experience for LinkedIn new hires in person
• Conduct high-quality learning programs for LinkedIn employees across various departments, both virtual and in-person.
• You will customize and adapt the content and delivery to meet the needs and expectations of different audiences and contexts and the diverse needs of our global workforce.
• You will facilitate a variety of topics, such as onboarding, communication and collaboration, using LinkedIn's proprietary content and methodologies.
• Own execution for assigned tasks/projects and end-to-end delivery of long-term learning programs and onboarding experiences for LinkedIn employees, ensuring high quality, consistency, and timely delivery across cohorts.
• Own project management of recurring learning programs--from planning and scheduling to execution and post-program analysis--including stakeholder coordination and resource planning.
• Analyze feedback from training sessions to continuously improve the delivery methods.

• Content expertise: Ability to ramp-up quickly and deliver Talent Development program content effectively.
• Program & Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex, long-term learning initiatives - tracking progress, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering on timelines with high quality.
• Execution Focus: Detail orientation and discipline to deliver consistently, problem-solve in real time, and manage logistical complexity with excellence.
• Adaptable Mindset: You will need to possess a flexible and adaptable mindset, and can handle situations during facilitation, with resilience and positivity.
• Effective communication & Collaboration: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to connect with the learners and collaborate with other facilitators and program managers, for seamless execution of learning experiences.
• Business Acumen: Understanding of the organization's priorities and business strategy. This knowledge allows you to align learning moments with the organization's needs and make learning meaningful.

Qualification
Basic Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in a similar role in Talent Development or L&D
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and you can connect and build rapport with diverse audiences.
• Excellent execution, project management and multitasking abilities
• You have a strong passion for learning and development, and you are committed to your own professional growth and continuous improvement.
• You have a high level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability, and you can deliver results with minimal supervision and guidance.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, L&D, Talent Management or a related field. Or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred :

• Master's degree in HR, L&D, Organizational Development, Talent Management or a related field. Or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in developing learning programs with measurable outcomes. Knowledge of industry best practices and trends around diverse learning methods and facilitation modalities.
