? Key Responsibilities: ?
Handle the end-to-end merchant onboarding process, from application review to activation. ? Review KYC and compliance documents as per RBI and company guidelines. ? Coordinate with sales, risk, legal, and compliance teams to ensure smooth and timely onboarding. ? Validate business details including bank accounts, GST, PAN, business type, and website/app compliance. ? Update and manage records on internal CRM or onboarding systems. ? Monitor onboarding queues and resolve pending or escalated cases promptly. ? Ensure onboarding is completed within defined TAT (Turnaround Time) and SLA (Service Level Agreements).
? Required Skills & Qualifications ?
Minimum 2 years of experience in merchant onboarding in a fintech, payment gateway, banking, or NBFC environment. ? Solid understanding of digital payment systems, KYC norms, and RBI regulations. ? Strong communication skills (verbal & written) to interact with merchants and internal teams professionally. ? Familiarity with CRM tools and onboarding platforms. ? Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle a high volume of cases with accuracy.
? Good to Have: ?
Experience working with payment gateway systems (e.g., UPI, Netbanking, Credit/Debit Cards, Wallets). ? Knowledge of chargeback, risk assessment, or merchant support. ? Exposure to compliance software or e-KYC tools.
