Manage the full new hire onboarding process. Collect, verify, and file all mandatory documentation (personal, bank, legal proofs) and coordinate with departments (e.g., IT) for a smooth first day.
Data Management & Excel:
Maintain
absolute accuracy
of employee data in
Excel
and the HRIS. Conduct data entry, cleaning, reconciliation, and auditing. Utilize advanced Excel tools (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data analysis and confidential reporting.
Payroll Support:
Assist with monthly payroll processing. Track and implement changes to status, compensation, deductions, and statutory compliance (taxes, PF). Calculate reimbursements/bonuses and handle employee payroll inquiries.
Compliance & Reporting:
Prepare required HR reports (headcount, attendance, etc.) for management. Ensure all HR and payroll actions comply with company policy and labor laws, and assist with audits.
Required Profile
Education:
Bachelor's and Master's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field.
Experience:
X years of proven experience in HR Admin, Payroll, or a data-focused role.
Skills: Mandatory Expert Excel Skills:
Ability to handle large datasets, use complex formulas, and generate reports.
Familiarity with HRIS/Payroll software (preferred)
