Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding selected candidates. Plan and support employee engagement activities including birthdays, celebrations, and internal team-building initiatives. Manage exit formalities including resignation processing, full and final settlement coordination, and exit interviews. Assist in maintaining HR MIS reports and systematic HR documentation. Coordinate with internal departments for recruitment and exit-related requirements. Maintain confidentiality while handling employee data and processes.
Skills: Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes. Ability to plan and execute employee engagement activities. Knowledge of exit formalities and full and final processes. Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for HR data tracking. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Qualification: Any Graduate, preferably with HR certification.
Experience: 0-2 years in recruitment and employee engagement.
Preferred: Experience in manufacturing or corporate environments with exposure to recruitment and exit formalities.
Location: Andheri (with occasional factory visits if required)
