We are looking for an Onboarding Executive with hands-on manufacturing and shop-floor experience. The ideal candidate should understand CNC, turning, forging machines and be able to communicate confidently with clients while onboarding them to our software.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct product demos and onboarding sessions at client locations
Assist clients in entering data into our software and ensure smooth adoption
Provide training to machine operators, supervisors, and managers
Understand manufacturing workflows to guide clients accurately
Maintain onboarding reports and collect client feedback
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any client issues
Required Skills
1-3 years shop-floor or manufacturing experience
Knowledge of CNC, CMC, turning or forging machinery (preferred)
Strong communication & customer-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn new software
Willingness to travel locally
