Key Responsibilities
Call and communicate with
new marketers and business owners
for onboarding
Explain platform features, benefits, and onboarding steps clearly
Schedule onboarding calls, demos, or activation sessions
Assist users in completing registration and profile setup
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding execution
Follow up to ensure successful activation and engagement
Maintain onboarding records and daily call reports
Build strong relationships with marketers and business partners
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good communication skills in
English and local language
Comfortable with calling and relationship management
Basic knowledge of mobile apps or digital platforms
Organized, patient, and customer-focused
Freshers or experienced candidates are welcome
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
Experience in onboarding, customer success, operations, or coordination
Experience working with startups, platforms, or marketplaces
