Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Onboarding Executive who will be responsible for onboarding new property owners and travel businesses onto the Offto platform. You'll play a key role in guiding them through the profile setup, explaining the software features, and ensuring a smooth transition from registration to active engagement. Key Responsibilities: Onboard new business partners (hotels, homestays, activity providers, etc.) onto the Offto platform Help partners set up their complete profile: upload property details, photos, amenities, pricing, etc. Provide training and live demonstrations on how to use our web-based tools and features Resolve setup-related queries and offer basic troubleshooting help Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure timely onboarding after a successful signup Maintain detailed logs of onboarding progress and share feedback with internal teams Build strong relationships with partners to ensure retention and satisfaction Assist in upselling subscription plans and explaining value propositions Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in sales, onboarding, customer success, or account management (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply) Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and local language Comfortable with basic software and web platforms (training will be provided) Ability to explain technology in simple, clear terms Self-motivated, proactive, and organized Willing to travel locally for in-person onboarding if required Nice to Have: Experience in travel, hospitality, or SaaS industries Multilingual abilities Prior experience with CRM or customer onboarding tools
