We Are Hiring - On-Field Executive (Onboarding Executive)

About the Role:
We are hiring for one of our top clients in the delivery and logistics sector. This is a field-based role where you will visit shops and restaurants to help them get onboarded on the platform.
Key Responsibilities:

• Visit outlets from the lead list and help them register on the platform.
• Ensure the onboarding process is smooth and complete.
• Report any issues or escalations to the internal team.
• Onboard special accounts (EANO/NRO) shared by the internal teams.
• Handle any onboarding-related complaints or queries from the support team or website.
• Ensure the outlet gets the starter marketing pack and completes all setup steps.

• Comfortable with field visits and local travel.
• Good communication skills (Hindi/English/regional).
• Must have Advanced Excel knowledge (vlookup, pivot table, filtering, basic formulas).
• Must be responsible, organized, and punctual.
