to support our healthcare staffing operations by ensuring nurses and allied health professionals are fully credentialed, compliant, and ready for deployment across facilities nationwide. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth, fast, and regulation-compliant onboarding processes for all clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate
end-to-end onboarding and compliance
for travel and contract nurses, allied health professionals, and non-clinical staff
Review and validate all credentialing documents including:
Licenses, BLS/ACLS, medical records, immunizations
Background checks, drug screens, SSN Trace, OIG/GSA checks
Track compliance deadlines and
ensure timely renewals
Communicate with healthcare professionals to
collect missing documents
and ensure full file completion before start
Stay updated on
state-specific mandates and facility onboarding protocols
Liaise with VMS platforms (e.g., LotusOne, Medefis, Shiftwise, HWL, Right Sourcing, Medical Solution) and hospital onboarding contacts
Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM and document management systems (e.g., Jobdiva, Bullhorn, Kamana, etc.)
Generate compliance reports and audit files to meet
Joint Commission, CMS, and facility standards
Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal recruiters and external candidates
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in healthcare staffing compliance or credentialing
Familiarity with
Joint Commission

OSHA
,
HIPAA
, and
CMS
standards
Understanding of
multi-state licensure
(e.g., NLC, compact states)
Experience with VMS platforms and onboarding portals
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and credentialing platforms
Preferred:
Experience onboarding
RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Allied Techs, or Therapists
Familiarity with
Kamana

Bachelor's degree or equivalent healthcare admin experience
