:Urgently Hiring Onboarding Executive - Immediate Joiner - (Hybrid)Location- Beckbagan, KolkataExperience- 0.6 to 3 yrsRoles and Responsibilities:

• Assisting new hires and management process, including documentation, tracking, and gathering required information as needed.

• Managing Joining Formalities and releasing and generating Offer Letters.

• Coordinate with Multiple Teams at the time of new joiners.

• Maintaining records through our HRMS Software (Spine).

• Other duties as assigned or required as per business needs.

• Background check execution, tracking, and adjusting the process as needed based on any new requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree

• Proven experience as a Onboarding executive or HR executive for atleast1 year

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage several new hires' onboarding simultaneously.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to create a welcoming and positive environment for new employees.

• Proficiency in using HR software and systems to manage onboarding processes efficiently.
