Key Responsibilities:
Perform onboarding and joining formalities for new hires and consultants
Prepare, update, and maintain HR documents, employee files, and records
Support timesheet collection and coordinate internally for payroll processing
Maintain attendance and leave records accurately
Conduct background checks and verification of consultants and employees
Support compliance-related documentation as per company requirements
Coordinate with senior HR team members for smooth execution of HR processes
Assist with exit formalities and related documentation when required
Eligibility Criteria:
MBA (any specialization) - Freshers are welcome
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to work in the US shift (7:00 PM - 4:00 AM)
Comfortable working in a 100% on-site environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
